La Indiana Rides Home With
Joe Barry Memorial Trophy

La Indiana took a 13-10 victory over Mt. Brilliant in the 2017 Joe Barry Memorial final field at International Polo Club. Mike Azzaro won MVP while Gringo Colombres' gelding "Africano" won Best Playing Pony.

Port Mayaca Polo Club

Situated in South Florida, surrounded by vast sugar cane fields and the popular fishing body of Lake Okeechobee, Port Mayaca Polo Club has steadily become a destination for winter polo. Located on more than 600 sprawling acres, the club has eight regulation fields, club barns with 220 stalls, an exercise track, a stick and ball field, a clubhouse and several acres of pastures for turnout and trail riding.

International Polo Club presented the highly-anticipated inaugural Gladiator Polo arena event, sanctioned by the United States Polo Association®. Spartacus (Tommy Biddle, Felipe Viana, Jason Crowder) defeated Crixus (Santi Torres, Mike Azzaro, Matias Magrini) 12-10.

Patagones Knocks Off Dutta Corp In Limited Edition 12-Goal Series Final At Grand Champions

Patagones defeated Dutta Corp 11-8 in the finals of the Limited Edition 12-Goal Series at Grand Champions Polo Club. Wulff's 11-year-old American thoroughbred mare, Parca, was selected Best Playing Pony. Tavi Usandizaga was named MVP.

Stone Pony and Kings Hill Dominate at Palm City Polo Club

Palm City Polo Club hosted another week of exciting tournament play with Stone Pony winning the 6-10 goal match and Kings Hill taking the win in the 3-6 goal game.

Scribble Horse Wins Inaugural Women's Polo League Tournament

Scribble Horse made history at Santa Rita Polo Farm. The foursome of Kathy Iverson, Ashley Emerson, Kylie Sheehan and Courtney Asdourain won the first Women's Polo League Tournament with a 3.5-3 victory over Farmington Polo Club (Erika Lipton, Breanna Gunnell, Jennifer Williams, Clarissa Echezarreta).

Wins for Orchard Hill, Valiente II and Goose Creek in Ylvisaker Cup Action

Wednesday, Feb. 1, featured a triple-header as the 2017 Ylvisaker Cup continued with the morning game at the International Polo Club and the afternoon games at Valiente Polo Farm. Orchard Hill defeated Valiente I 14-8, Valiente II clinched an 11-10 OT victory over Mt. Brilliant, and Grand Champions/Casablanca took Goose Creek 12-10.
