Houston Polo Club News 27th April

  The Houston Polo Club

Date: 4/27/12

Meanwhile, Back at the Ranch....

2 1/4 inches of rain at HPC meant no Sunday polo, but that didn't stop the action from continuing "out west" this past week!

It's easy to be enthusiastic while enjoying polo at beautiful Pecan Acres!

Special Offers:

St. Regis Houston is offering all HPC members a special rate on the weekends, during polo season!  Don't miss out on this awesome opportunity to enjoy the outstanding service and beautiful accommodations of the St. Regis Hotel!

Houston Executive Airport is offering all HPC members a special rate on fuel!  Mention your affiliation with the Club while making your plans and take advantage of the savings!

Member Notes:
As a result of our dramatically increased attendance, the traffic is starting to back-up at the gate.  Please make every effort to distribute your guest tickets before the game, to help us address this problem.  Thank you, in advance, for your understanding.

Thank you to Wilderness Farm & Ranch for the wonderful Sunday Polo golf cart "shuttles"!

Don't forget to wear your  favorite hat to Sunday polo on Mother's Day, May 13th, as we celebrate "Hats On to Polo" with our annual hat contest!

There's still time to catch the International Festival this weekend, spotlighting Argentina!

   • Worried about a rainout?  Log onto the HPC website and click "Weather Update" under the "Club" tab, for updates before the game

   • Please be aware that no outside beverages are allowed at HPC on Sundays.  Ruth's Chris will provide concessions on the member grandstand side and Berryhill Baja Grill will provide concessions in the General Admission area, at every game!

A little entertainment on the sidelines, with Chad Bowman and his dog Finch.

Great polo and beautiful weather...

Even the animals were smiling!
